Log Cabin Claim Estimating is an estimating team for roofing contractors, restoration companies and licensed public adjusters. The company was founded by Tony Wratchford, who brings a background in construction, restoration and claims, including four years as a licensed general contractor.
Our team writes from the field up: we know what's on the roof and in the wet room, so the estimate matches what's actually there.

What we do and don't do
We work exclusively for contractors and public adjusters. Log Cabin writes estimates and documentation for contractors and licensed public adjusters. We don't represent homeowners. Claim representation is the job of a licensed public adjuster.
