How a file moves
- You send the file: labeled photos, a sketch (ESX or Encircle access), and the carrier estimate if there is one.
- Photos get reviewed first, room by room or slope by slope, before any line is written.
- The estimate is written with line notes and code or spec references where they apply.
- You get the estimate back, plus a list of anything that needs more documentation.
Who writes your estimate
Our estimators write every file. Log Cabin was founded by Tony Wratchford: HAAG Certified (Residential Roof Inspection), IICRC WRT certified, and a former licensed general contractor. Our team brings that field background to every estimate.
